*NortheastArc-Clinical Services* is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare-certified home healthcare agency founded in *2003*. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

2. We specialize in providing *Continuous Care Nursing* for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. 3. *Diverse Cases*: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
4. *Pay Rates*: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:
*RN*: $44/$46/$48 per hour *LPN*: $36/$38/$40 per hour

1. *Licensure*: Nurses must hold a valid *RN* or *LPN* license in the state of Massachusetts.
