Call Center Representative (Maitland, FL)


Job Details

Report into work on-time, clocking into the phone system in a prompt manner starting shift and relieve outgoing shift. Professionally handle incoming and outgoing call requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to; scheduling appointments, relaying detailed messages through email, processing credit card payments, data entry, and de-escalating customer concerns. Maintain a balance between company policies and customer benefit in decision-making on when to include a supervisor. Handles issues in the best interests of customers and the company all while maintaining a positive expression over the phone. Regularly attend and participate in ongoing mentorship and training from the call center supervisors. Other job duties as described.
