Leaders 18 years of age and older will receive an email from Sterling (our background check provider). If you are 18 years of age and older, you will need to complete your background check authorization through their system. Leaders in a safety-sensitive position will also receive a text/email to sign up for a pre-boarding appointment (Drug Screen).
