Compensation: Starting $21.00/hr. for the first 90 days. Increase to $25.00/hr. Pay Range: $21.00/hr. to $28.00/hr. The employee is responsible for the production of Sodium Bicarbonate within prescribed specifications and using efficient machine operations. Principal Duties & Responsibilities - Cooperate with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) manager to implement all regulatory requirements for plant operations. - Oversee all production processes, including the wet side, dry side, and control room. - Set up production machines each day according to established procedures. - Operate production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines. - Manipulate controls in an efficient manner to minimize waste. - Inspect produced parts for faultiness and report flaws immediately to management. - Detect and report machine malfunctions promptly to management. - Maintain an adequate supply of operating materials for production machines and obtain additi...Production Operator, Production, Operator, QA Manager, Operations, Manufacturing, Management
