The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for Facilitating and coordinating information flow regarding customers needs between corporate customer service, warehousing and the cheese and whey production staff. Works with grading team to help insure product quality meets customers needs. Must encourage a high level of communication with all members of the distribution team and cheese production staff. Job Responsibilities Works with customer service staff, warehouse staff and production and distribution supervisor to reconcile all inventory discrepancies Participates in all physical counts Develops and maintains procedures for warehouse functions Supervises forklift staff and coordinates forklift drivers schedules to maximize staff and through put of trucks Works closely with corporate customer service and Warehouse Manager to ensure accuracy of inventory and shipments Develop and mentor professional growth & advancement of hourly department staff Serves as back up for inventory and ware...Warehouse Supervisor, Supervisor, Warehouse Operator, Warehouse, Customer Service, Staff, Manufacturing, Management
