East Coast Cannabis is seeking a motivated and hard-working Kitchen Packaging Associate to join our ECC Kitchen Manufacturing Team in Lebanon, Maine. This is an entry level position with room for growth for hardworking and dedicated employees. This is a demandingyet rewarding position, no experience is required, all training will be provided although any production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Our ECC Kitchen Manufacturing team is a small but efficient group who works together to produce high-end edibles. As a Kitchen Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for packaging a variety of edibles, inspecting finished products, and assisting with other kitchen responsibilities such as cleaning and organizing. This is a physical and repetitive packaging role, each day we strive to have fun while producing high-end edibles.
Responsibilities as a Kitchen Packaging Associate include but are not limited to the following-
Packaging of a variety of edibles, such as but not limited to-
oButter Peaks
oTaffy
oHard Candies
oGummies
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Maintain steady packaging rates to meet our weekly demands.
Acute attention to detail.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Properly and safely operate heat sealing equipment
Assistant with unloading and organizing packaging and manufacturing supplies.
Assist with kitchen cleaning responsibilities.
Must work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills and communication.
Exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company.
Ability to follow instructions and follow through with the specific task.

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Second shift (after training) 12:00pm-8:00pm Weekends as needed 8:00am-4:00pm

Required Skills
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on kitchen productions needs.
- Monday Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Second shift (after training) 12:00pm-8:00pm Weekends as needed 8:00am-4:00pm
- Must have reliable transportation.
