**Description**

Fulfills contractual requirements by maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe facility for clients, employees, staff and public; minimizing property damage, loss and liability exposure. Work will be accomplished in a safe and productive manner following all OSHA standards. Work is generally performed during the day and evening in order to meet Government and/or Commercial Contract Specifications. **Requirements** QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience: Requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent. Previous janitorial experience is preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/A Screenings: A background screening and reference checks will be completed as a condition of employment. Must be able to pass federal background checks for Federal buildings
