Lateral Link is assisting a reputable national firm in its search for a an experienced and seasoned Transportation counsel or partner to oversee and handle the firms trucking-defense-litigation caseload in Southern California. A portable book of business is not required.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the defense of trucking-accident and/or complex personal-injury cases. In addition to managing his/her own cases, the attorney will be lead and manage a team of attorneys and staff members, providing guidance and mentorship, and contributing to the growth and development of the firms highly respected trucking-defense litigation practice in Southern California.
