Academic Records Specialist


Job Details

The Office of the Registrar is currently looking to add an Academic Records Specialist to our team. This role will manage and resolve duplicate Banner records pertaining to student data, and work with Student Accounts and Financial Aid for financial processes resolution of the duplicates, due to shared data systems. Provide leadership to the customer service functional area for transcripts, verifications, name and SSN changes in the student system. Activate non-degree seeking students and validate activity lists. Manage Net. ID extension requests. Serve as the backup of the grading duties and data integrity procedures. Assist with international Apostille procedures and specially requested letters. Create and run audits of Banner in SQL, Tableau, and Business Objects to verify student data.
