Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.Job Duties and Qualifications+ Position is an entry level position into the WPS gun loading bay and under strict supervision can load guns.+ Responsible for cleaning, buffing, disassembling and assembling of down hole tools and shot guns systems.+ Learns all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Halliburton Management Systems (HMS) processes associated with job.+ Assists in the inspection of all reusable gun/tool components and assist in the load out of jobs.+ Completes required explosive awareness training.Requirements+ Skills typically acquired through completion of high school or equivalent education.+ Basic mathematical, reading and writing skills required.+ Must possess the ability to operate hand tools and powered hand tools.+ Required to complete Explosive Awareness Training and meet all local/district training requirements.+ Must be able to pass drug screen.+ Candidate must live within 1 hour of New Iberia, LouisianaCandidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
