Job Description:
- Perform MRB work statement at end of line (EOL) and final product verification (FPV) on off shifts.
- Assemble major assembly structures such as fuselage panels, bulkheads, and structural subassemblies according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct rework from other shops and troubleshoot major structural repairs.
- Use shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments for assembly and functional testing.
- Verify work meets process and engineering specifications; identify and report discrepancies.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, ensure equipment, and tool certifications.
- Move products within the manufacturing area using designated equipment.
- Support continuous workflow and assist in training other assembly personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience preferred, with at least 5 years in heavy structure and skin change work.
- Ability to work first shift primarily, with flexibility for around-the-clock shifts if necessary.
- Must pass a plate test; candidates unable to do so will not be considered.
- Safety attire requirement: sturdy, full-cover, low-heeled shoes; no dresses, skirts, or jewelry in shop areas.
