Job Details
We are seeking a highly organized and independent Studio Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously. The Assistant will efficiently and accurately manage all sample requests, ensuring the quality and integrity of samples received from our mills. Responsibilities include reviewing samples for color accuracy, archiving both old and new samples and controls, and overseeing property management.This is an on-site position, requiring presence at our Upstate New York studio.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High school or equivalent education required
- 1-2 years previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, or property management role.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to exert a well-paced ability to reach other departments of the property or other areas on a timely basis.
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing 40 lbs. routinely.
Transportation
- Must be able to commute to and from Philmont, NY US Post Office daily for order fulfillment.
Additional Details:
Pay Rate: $45 - $55k annual salary
