Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our residents.
  • Maintain excellent communication with residents families, addressing concerns and providing updates on their loved ones' care.
  • Monitor and improve patient outcomes through effective quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
