We are retained by a clean energy platform focused on developing, commercializing, and executing large utility-scale solar and power projects across the US. Backed by one of the global leading infrastructure Asset Manager, this firm is now deploying $1bn per year towards sustainable infrastructure projects.
We are seeking a Manager/Senior Associate with a Project Finance focus to join their Investments Team and play a significant role in managing all aspects of the utility-scale solar and battery transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing complex financial models, managing due diligence processes, assessing tax equity structures, project debt financings, equity buyouts ,and asset divestitures
- Coordinating with external financing parties to support closing and funding of transactions.
- Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
- This person will need to reside in Austin, Texas (this position is not remote)
- 4+ years of experience in project finance or investment banking experience in renewable energy industry
- Experience developing and managing project financial models to analyze solar, wind, and storage projects.
- Knowledgeable of specifically solar, wind, and storage economics and related tax incentives
