Housekeepers play a critical role in guest satisfaction. Quality should be first and foremost. Cleans guest rooms and any public areas according to the propertys standards. They also work on laundry, general building cleanliness, and deep cleaning especially dirty areas in the hotel. Housekeepers also assist with breakfast. Cleans the bathroom thoroughly. Cleans the closet. Vacuums the carpet. Checks and secures the room. Records or reports lost and found items according to hotel policy. Cleans public areas according to direction given by housekeeping lead. Maintains and stocks housekeeping carts. Completes laundry for the hotel and FLPP as required.
