We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Travel Advisor to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients who are booking travel arrangements.
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities
  • Handle booking requests and process payments
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and payment processing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
