Job Title: Construction Observer - Walnut
Job Description
We are seeking motivated candidates for a Construction Observer to provide field service support for our growing portfolio of PV infrastructure. As a Construction Observer, you will cover a region of operation and handle multiple project sites assisting Construction Superintendents. You must have the ability to travel from site to site within your operational area. Your responsibilities will include enforcing safety/regulatory policies, measuring productivity standards for contractors and subs, assisting in developing schedules, recording deliveries, reviewing plans and specifications, completing administrative tasks, conducting on-site inspections, assisting with on-site repairs, and ensuring site cleanliness. You may also be called to assist in site walks and quality inspections as directed by the Construction Superintendent or the Director of Construction.

This is a fully on-site position in Walnut, Illinois.
Work Environment
On site 5 days a week. Local travel only, within 1 - 1.5 hours from home, ideally even closer. May require occasional overtime.
