Goodwin's Collision is the primary Body shop for all our new car dealerships in Maine. Goodwin Chevrolet Mazda, Goodwin's Volvo, Land Rover Scarborough, and Goodwin Chevrolet Buick. We also work directly with every insurance company operating in the state of Maine, repairing and refinishing our customer's vehicles throughout the state. The estimating and repair process we set is the lifeblood of our success. All collision repair tasks start with an accurate estimate. The accurate estimate, the insurance requirement process, and the customer handling are all essential to complete customer satisfaction.

Job Duties Include:- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
- Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs.
- Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
- Handle parts order requests via telephone, e-mail or in-person.
- Advise customers on related parts.
- Ensure that inventory control practices are followed.
- Ensure customers cars are kept clean and tidy to improve customer happiness
Job Requirements:- Previous estimator experience helpful.
- Automotive Parts Experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Math, reading, and software skills
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
