Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team in Dallas. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees and provide accurate information.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
