Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team!

A part-time role that could lead to a full-time position in direct support of a financial advisor and their team. You will be interacting with the advisors, clients, and prospective clients. This will be a hybrid work environment with some time in office required a few times each month.


Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports advisors by assisting with new client onboarding as well as client service forms.
  • Provides scheduling support by calling clients and prospective clients to schedule reviews.
  • Provides administrative support.
  • Manages a high-volume calendar
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities
  • Coordinate monthly office social events and quarterly volunteer days
  • Place calls to service center when needed


[Work Hours & Benefits]

This position will be part time at first, 10-15 hours per week. Starting wage is $15/hour (negotiable based on experience and performance). This role has the ability to add more hours and lead to a full time role based on performance.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Client services experience a plus
