We are expanding and have offices in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, Irvine and San Diego. We are growing and looking for an Attorney to work out of our Sacramento office - Hybrid schedule!

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to fire litigation defense, professional liability, product liability, and insurance defense.
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies, including identifying relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Drafting and Review: Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Review and analyze documents produced by opposing parties.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other court proceedings. Present oral arguments persuasively and professionally.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case developments, discuss strategies, and address concerns. Provide clear and timely legal advice to clients based on their individual needs and objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- 3-9 years of experience practicing civil litigation defense, preferably in a reputable law firm.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
