What are we looking for in our Lab Inventory Associate?
The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class pharmaceutical and blood component donation organization that has an opening for a Lab Inventory Assistant near Knoxville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for receipt and organization of materials, supplies and donor samples at the laboratory.
- Perform administrative tasks
- Operate material handling equipment such as automated carriers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, conveyers, compactors and forklifts in a safe manner.
- Assist with maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow all SOPs, company policies and procedures
- Other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in material handling and/or maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
Additional Notes:
- Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm
- Must be able to interview in person
- Position type: Contract approved through the end of the year
- Pay rate approved up to $16.30/hr
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
