We are seeking an ambitious, entry-level architectural designer with strong communication skills, ambition, and experience designing in Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs under the guidance of senior designers and architects.
- Drafting and Modeling: Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to support design decisions and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure designs align with client needs, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Presentation: Prepare and participate in design presentations, communicating ideas effectively through drawings, models, and presentations.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
