AD/Director of Strategy Pricing & Commercial Insights

We are partnering with on of our key clients to bring on a Brand new Associate Director/Director of Strategic Pricing and Commercial Insights. This role is crucial in implementing and designing US and global strategies and they are looking for a dynamic individual who is excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical methods to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute US and global strategy through internal and external analysis.
  • Provide insights on market dynamics, pricing, sales forecasting, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, planning, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to integrate data and develop insights.
  • Improve upon agency fees, distributor fees, and other pricing-related fees.
  • Analyze ASP/WACS and reimbursement models to guide pricing decisions.
  • Conduct competitor analyses on pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies and contract alignments with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Meet quarterly with brand managers to discuss pricing and contracting.
  • Design and implement a strategic pricing framework across all brands.
  • Develop and manage an internal pricing and membership system.
  • Serve as the main contact for pricing matters and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Optimize pricing strategies based on various factors.
  • Conduct profitability analyses for products.
  • Partner with 3PL and forecasting managers to align shipments with strategy.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous experience Pricing Rare Disease products
