Our client is a $600M private manufacturing company with a parent company that is around $2B dollars in revenues.
Company is overall 30% manufacturing and 70% reseller. Glass hardware products. Hardware for a shower, towel bar, knobs, door shoes. Residential, commercial, automotive, custom glass projects.
Hybrid work schedule 3 days in/2 days out
Sr. Financial Analyst
- Blend of corporate FP&A and business partnering with operations
- Under guidance of CFO, will drive the annual planning and forecast (6+6) process
- Financial analysis and reporting on revenue, sales, cost of sales, etc.
- Help drive the budgeting calendar
- Create PP presentations for Board decks/management reporting
- Must be ok with being a team of 1, but will have support of CFO. They envision the team growing, so getting in at a good time.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of FA experience, preferably within manufacturing
- Must know PowerBI and one or more of the following Snowflake (work with IT on this if needed), SQL, data warehouse of some sort. Must be proficient as they are implement PowerBI
- Self starter who will take initiative to help improve process and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization as this is a high visibility role
- Their ERP is home grown. Moving to SAP if have great, but not required. They use Epicor for mfg.
