The firm specializes in trading core stable coins and popular coin pairs, focusing on derivatives and futures trading. The Role
As a Senior Researcher, you will be:
- Developing and implementing advanced trading strategies.
- Conducting signal processing and alpha generation.
- Engaging in research and development to enhance trading operations.
- Collaborating with engineers and other traders to optimize performance and adapt strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in quantitative trading or a related field.
- Expertise in signal processing and alpha generation.
- Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or another highly quantitative field.
- Strong programming skills in Python or C++.
- Preferred background working with high frequency or latency-sensitive strategies.
- Exposure to Machine Learning principles or algorithmic trading is beneficial.
While this role is based in California, location can be flexible upon further discussion.
