You have an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative with an IPA medical group that emphasizes prevention and wellness for its patients. Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims, referrals, billing, transportation and coordination of care. Accurate documentation of every call Communicate recurring issues/ complains/ trends to management. The ideal candidate will have. High School Diploma or GED 2 years of call center experienceHealthcare experience. Knowledge and experience of claims, eligibility and referrals preferred. Proficient in Microsoft What we offer.
