Job Details- Responsible for overseeing the operation of the fabrication shop, production and quality.
- Train and develop shop personnel for equipment operations of rigging, forklift, hoisting, etc.
- Shop safety and compliance
- Manage budget for shop operations
- AISC, AWS, SSPC and other industry standards experience
- Pre-bid meeting participation
- Coordinate shop scheduling
- QA production tracking
