Employment Litigation Associate (100% remote)


Job Details

Moore Hall Legal Search has partnered with a large national defense law firm in their search for an employment litigation attorney who would like to work 100% remote with reduced billable hours (1500 average but could be more or less depending on your preferences and experience).


There are no business development or travel requirements. Additionally, you would not be responsible for sourcing your own work the work would be centralized and distributed accordingly. This is a permanent, W-2 counsel position with full benefits including a 401k plan and bonus potential.


Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative charges/demand letters
  • Employment litigation for EPLI clients
  • Single Plaintiff Cases


Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing is a MUST
  • 4+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Excellent legal research and writing abilities
