Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.


Calculated Hire is in search of a Customer Contact Representative for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following:


Job Description

  • Support Customer Service: seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine customer support tasks.
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
  • Interact with client personnel on basic information.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Cold Calling
