Receptionist/ General Admin


Job Details

Nesco Resource is partnering with a client in Montoursville who is seeking a Receptionist/General Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm

This will be a temporary position lasting between 6 months to 1 year.
