This position is responsible for providing security coverage for the Dutch Wonderland Family Entertainment Complex. Functions include making frequent patrols of park property and observing and reporting problems. Perform crowd and traffic control on property. Enforcing park policies and regulations. A friendly attitude and professional appearance are required. Also perform other duties as assigned
We are currently looking for a:
Dutch Wonderland Security Guard - Part Time Third Shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for interacting with guests. Often this is their first encounter of the day with a Dutch Wonderland employee, so they should have a positive attitude and be smiling!
* Adrees and guest related concerns in an efficient and professional way
* Perform bag checks at the front of the park to ensure no weapons or contraband gain access to the park
* Monitor all actions and operations of the Dutch Wonderland guest and employee parking lots
* Assist EMS with crowd control and essential operations
* Monitor all calls as they come into dispatch from multiple park departments
* Perform hourly park rounds to ensure the safety of all guests and employees
* Conduct park investigations for guest and employee situations that occur in the park or in back of house areas.
* Assist in maintaining a safe environment for all employees and guests
* Address employee issues in a professional confident manner
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
