We are seeking a talented Design Manager to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading their design efforts across UX (User Experience), digital and visual design domains. The Design Manager will oversee a team of designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Design Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
- Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design strategies
- Drive innovation in UX/UI, digital interfaces and visual design to create intuitive and compelling user experiences
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines and best practices
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and technology
Design Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years' proven experience in a managerial role within a design team
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI, digital and visual design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
