Publisher's Warehouse is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our location in Alabaster, AL. The CSR must be friendly, energetic, ambitious, professional, self-motivated and who also possess a People First attitude to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer's needs to provide solutions
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow through to ensure resolution is reached.
- Keep record of customer interactions, process customer purchase orders and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Skills - 1-3 years proven customer support experience
- Experience with Microsoft excel and word
- Team player
- Problem solving skills
Essential Job Functions - Handle and log customer calls and orders
- Respond in a timely manner to call or email request from both internal and external customers
- Email information, reports, and invoices to customers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle emergencies and changing priorities
