Publisher's Warehouse is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our location in Alabaster, AL. The CSR must be friendly, energetic, ambitious, professional, self-motivated and who also possess a People First attitude to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customer's needs to provide solutions
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow through to ensure resolution is reached.
  • Keep record of customer interactions, process customer purchase orders and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Skills
  • 1-3 years proven customer support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft excel and word
  • Team player
  • Problem solving skills
Essential Job Functions
  • Handle and log customer calls and orders
  • Respond in a timely manner to call or email request from both internal and external customers
  • Email information, reports, and invoices to customers
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle emergencies and changing priorities
