Kelly is proud and excited to be partnering with a leading health organization in Sudbury, MA in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeper with consultative collections experience and general administrative skills. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting rate of $32 - $35 per hour and a flexible 20 - 30 hour per week schedule. Our great client would need someone to be in-office Tuesday and Thursday with the rest of your time flexible to your needs. If you have excellent QuickBooks skills, are flexible in assisting with HR, Payroll, etc. tasks when needed, and want to join a wonderful personal health focused group of people, this could be the right opportunity for you! Please note: though there may be some hybrid time available, this role is primarily onsite in Sudbury. Also - the weekly workload will often include up to 50% consultative collections with the patient base. These are not pressure calls - their patients want to work on payment plans as the treatment provided is critical to them!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform day-to-day business management tasks with a primary focus on Bookkeeping and Consultative Collections
Oversee and maintain daily financial records
Pay monthly bills, submit receipts, enter data for billing
Assist in record keeping for Payroll and Human Resources
Partner with vendors and act as liaison with outside agencies
Support the business and financial administrative needs of an approximately 20-member organization
Consultative collections - getting patients on payment plans and confirming payments - this is a big part of this job
Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business

Skills and Requirements:
3 - 5 years of Bookkeeping experience required
Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks is critical for success in this role
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
Friendly, compassionate, and people-oriented individual is incredibly important for this role
Secondary education in Accounting / Finance is a big plus
