As a Warehouse Worker at WebCraft Stylers, you will play a key role in our operations by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the efficient flow of products within our warehouse. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments of products and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to packing lists and shipping instructions.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes up to 50 pounds, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
