Clearlake Waste, a Waste Connections Company, is looking to hire a customer service focused Recycle Center Attendant to join the team in Clearlake, CA!
The schedule will be Monday - Saturday 7AM - 3:30PM.
Starting pay for this position is $18 per hour. The pay range for this job category is $18 - $19 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Directing the public where to dispose of proper material at the site.
- Checking loads upon arrival, ensuring appropriate material is being disposed.
- General cleanup and other labor duties as needed.
- Forklift operating - will be trained.
- Communicating with the public to answer any questions, etc.
Experience:
- Ability to work outdoors through the entire shift in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Ability to stand throughout entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
