Set up and run production line, monitoring for bottlenecks, labor balancing and technical issues. Assure employees adhere to safety guidelines and SOPs. Communicate consistently regarding operational success and issues with managers and employees. Facilitate daily Team operations as well as being the point of contact for the customer s mail concerns and issues.Key Responsibilities:Maintain production work flow of facility in accordance with daily goalsFacilitate the daily team operations, ensuring daily mail work is accomplished.Operate as the point of contact for the customer s issues concerning the business.Assist with general support of pharmacy operations when necessaryAdherence or compliance of policies and procedures/ SOPsDevelop new SOPsCommunicate with peers and supervisors about operational concerns and assist in resolving these concernsPlanning and organizing work assignments for employeesPerform warehouse operations when necessary such as order filling, replenishment, receiving, put-away, reclamation processing, cycle count process, dispensing, sorting, shipping and returns processingLead smaller work teams to drive continuous improvementAssure employees adhere to Site Security, Safety Guidelines and Standard Operating ProceduresCommunicate consistently regarding operational success and issues with managers and employeesProvide performance feedback to supervisors about employee performance maintaining that information is confidential at all times.Retrieve supplies needed to carry out work assignmentsProvide training to peers as neededAdhere to and promote the company s Shared Principles (ICARE & ILEAD)Maintain effective communication across all functional lines.Provide peer support and mentoring to fellow employees, identify training opportunities as needed.Maintain confidentiality when necessaryAssist in Specialty Tracking duties when necessaryMinimum Job Qualifications:Preferred to have a thorough knowledge of McKesson Central Fill processes, procedures, products, programs, services, mail processes, and inventory. Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Good PC skills required.Education/Training High School Degree or equivalent Specialized Knowledge/Skills Microsoft Office ApplicationsEnthusiastic and Positive AttitudeMust have the ability to analyze a problem and develop a course of actionPrior training experience preferredProficient with the GlobalShip shipping applicationMust have great customer service skillsWorking Conditions:Environment Will work in all areas of the business; office and production areas which are temperature controlled.
