A Estimation Specialist job in Canton, MI is available courtesy of Akkodis. This position has you preparing accurate quotes for pricing and builds estimates for the Consulting Services team by gathering information and analyzing documents and job costing. The Estimation Specialist will create proposals and costing using current ERP systems and various tools.
Pay: $55,000 - $70,000
Estimation Specialist job responsibilities:
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, schematics/drawings, specifications and related documentation
Develop estimates for low complexity to high complexity consulting projects
Calculate total cost for project including labor, material, time and travel
Work with departments as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead times
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience quoting consulting services and installation projects $40,000 - $1 million
Familiar with financial and project management principles
Familiarity with industrial machinery, robotics, milling, testing equipment or similar
Excellent communication skills
