Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience. Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know were happy they chose to shop at Target. Select items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders. Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive up orders. Properly prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials. Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals. Own your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock....Fulfillment, Retail, Transportation
