This position provides support for continuous training of forklift operators and assists with all warehouse operations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Promote and demonstrate forklift procedures and assist with development of forklift operators during their shift. Assist in the development, preparation and delivery of food safety, safety, and warehouse operations training. Conducts training and testing of department personnel on safety and forklift operations - Report safety, sanitation, forklift operation, and process issues to the Warehouse Lead and immediately coach forklift operators as these issues happen. Assist with warehouse operations as directed by the Warehouse Lead and communicate with other departments when assistance is needed - Promote all company safety, food safety, and employee policies and procedures and participate in departmental Safety and Food Safety audits - Ensure that all packaging supplies and finished goods are rotated and consolidated.
