Bachelor s degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: [Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: Relocation package available As a Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) for Cyber Systems, you ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the Cyber lifecycle; governance and policy, through accreditation and continuous monitoring; and operations monitoring with incident response. Finish We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Risk Management Framework (RMF), vulnerability analyses, and Linux experience What sets you apart: Working technical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems commands and utilities Ensure government s security requirements are met, complying with applicable DoD policies and meet all security IA service requirements to protect Government s Information Systems (IS) Experience with Splunk, Nessus, SCAP Compliance Checker, Clearswift, and VMware Be well versed in IT government security accreditations and certification IAW ICD 503, NISPOM, NIST, DIACAP, RMF and other approved government IT security standards, policies and directives Provide system RMF support and services including conducting initial certification tasks and periodic hands-on review of security configurations Our Commitment to You: An exciting career path with opportunities for continuous learning and development.
