Front End Customer Service Rep:
Pay $15.50 - $16.00
Schedule: 830a-5:30p Monday through Friday, One (1) late night a week (10a-7p), One (1) to 2 Saturdays a month 8a-12n

Front End Customer Service Rep:

  • Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
  • Handle customer service-related issues
  • Process related paperwork requested by customer
Front End Customer Service Rep:
  • Must have 1 year call center exp
  • Must have 1 year customer service
  • Collections exp a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to function in a team atmosphere as well as independently
