Front End Customer Service Rep:
Pay $15.50 - $16.00
Schedule: 830a-5:30p Monday through Friday, One (1) late night a week (10a-7p), One (1) to 2 Saturdays a month 8a-12n
Front End Customer Service Rep:
- Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
- Handle customer service-related issues
- Process related paperwork requested by customer
Front End Customer Service Rep:
- Must have 1 year call center exp
- Must have 1 year customer service
- Collections exp a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function in a team atmosphere as well as independently
