Senior Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst for our Huntersville, NC facility. In this role you will be a key member of the FP&A team to support Head FP&A Americas with processes and projects across multiple Oerlikon Surface Solutions business units, in addition to operational finance support for Additive Manufacturing business in financial reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting and several finance activities & initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Management team in analyzing financial performance and propose actions in top line, margins, costs and cashflow to improve the overall business performance
- Recommend benchmarks and highlight key areas for improvement
- Support Management team to drive initiatives like cost-out programs, NWC optimization, etc.
- Support the monthly internal management reporting process, variance analysis and presentation materials; provide clear insightful analytics to drive business decisions and transparency
- Lead Oerlikon Surface Solutions cross-business projects
- Develop and analyze financial and operational metrics
- Prepare various complex financial models and analysis for the Head FP&A Americas to present to management of potential strategic decisions or key cost drivers
- Optimize key financial processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency and take ownership for FP&A-related internal controls
- Monitor and track capex budget, spending and requests
- Support quote and pricing activities, support OOE/lean initiatives
- Support Ad-hoc analysis and requests from FP&A Managers across Oerlikon Surface Solutions
Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
- SAP experience required
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI would be a plus
