PR: $32.41/hr


Setting: Hybrid - 10am - 7pm shift time Onsite at first, but after 2 months or so hybrid can be offered


Location: Englewood, CO, 80112


Duration: 12 Month Contract



Duties: As an IT Support Technician II, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide computer, hardware, and software support to our employees. You'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktop/laptop computers and our network equipment, providing personal computer, hardware, and software support and installing attendant software. You'll investigate information, network, and communications needs of our employees and make recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases to meet those needs. Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements: Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps. Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity. Frequently requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors. Frequently requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes. Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions: Rarely exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.)Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials. Rarely exposed to loud noises

Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standard hardware and software products/services


Education:

Must-haves:

Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
