Worldwide Golf is hiring for our new Ecommerce Site Merchandiser position! This is a full-time position that is fully onsite at our corporate office in Santa Ana, CA. With over 100 golf retail locations and a growing portfolio of golf e-commerce sites, Worldwide Golf is one of the largest golf companies in the US, and we're growing!

Summary:

The Ecommerce Site Merchandiser supports the company's Ecommerce and Digital Marketing initiatives across a variety of digital channels, including worldwidegolfshops.com. The core responsibilities include managing and organizing day-to-day Ecommerce and site merchandising activities, supporting the company's strategic omnichannel goals, and daily maintenance of our company's content management system. The ideal candidate must have proven organization and communication skills. In addition, this candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be savvy with digital design, work well within a team, and be comfortable in delivering within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Organize and coordinate product launches and promotional activities for the various digital channels.
  • Lead the execution of digital content strategy to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Develop day-to-day collaborative processes and communications with our Apparel Buying Team.
  • Working cross-functionally with key dept stakeholders like Digital Marketing, Design and Purchasing.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Ecommerce marketing calendar.
  • Ability to host and manage regular, cross-department meetings.
  • Manage and maintain vendor assets, or other materials, to support marketing activities.
  • Utilize a variety of 3rd Party software platforms to successfully execute digital marketing actions, specific experience with Box, ClickUp, and Slack is a plus.

Qualifications Desired:
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in digital merchandising or a similar role is preferred.
  • Preferred experience working in a mid to large-size retailer with both B&M and online presence.
  • Experience managing a large SKU catalog of 10K + SKUs.
  • Experience managing content management systems like VTex, Shopify +, Magento, or any other applicable enterprise solutions.
  • Possesses project management experience.
  • Displays leadership qualities and has experience of working within a team setting.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns and associated workflows
  • Experience and knowledge with Google Analytics and other digital tracking and marketing tools.
  • Strong computer skills and experience, including MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe.
  • Strong self-starter approach, with extreme attention to detail.
  • Golf knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • BS/BA required in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk to hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly type or lift boxes to 20 lbs.

The annual compensation range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 per year. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
