Corporate Development Associate - Atlantic Group

Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to the firm's CEO, President, and CFO.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business through budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
Progress into a role leading strategic and capital-raising initiatives.
Analyze the performance of the firm's portfolio to drive strategic decisions
Develop and manage financial models for the firm, its strategic investments, and potential future investments.
Offer analytical support during M&A processes.
Communicate with banks, rating agencies, and investors regarding capital raising and other initiatives.
Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders such as banks, rating agencies, and strategic partners.
Produce and troubleshoot monthly reports for management, the Board of Directors, and lenders.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support the firm's strategy and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, strategic finance, and/or corporate development
Proficiency in financial modeling
