Lantern Hill is a luxurious 20-acre continuing care retirement community located in Union County, New Jersey in the borough of New Providence. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.
Our utility workers/dishwashers are critical players in making sure our kitchen operations are top-notch, and ultimately, delivering an exceptional resident dining experience.
Shift: Evening
How you will make an impact:
- Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
- Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $15.50 per hour.
What you will need:- Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English is required.
- Experience has a dishwasher is preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Flexible with schedule, available to work weekends and holidays.
