What do our Customer Service Representatives do? - Greet visitors, check appointments and direct them to the proper person or office
- Receive telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office
- Process all incoming mail as well prepare deposits (Whitley City only change out for other locations)
Do you have what it takes? - 2+ years' experience in Customer Service
- PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position. Candidates must live within commutable distance of our Winchester, KY office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
