This is not your typical call center where you take a call and move on to the next, over and over again! Hello Garage is a franchise organization with locations in cities across the country. When customers in these towns want their garage floor coated or shelves and cabinets installed, they call our 800# or visit the Hello Garage website to set an appointment. When calls come into the National Appointment Center (NAC), our representatives goal is to contact the customer and BOOK THAT APPOINTMENT! The number one goal of this role is to put the sales people at our franchisees into the customer's home so they can show them our products and help them choose Hello Garage for their project.

If a lead comes in to the NAC and we don't turn it into an appointment, that's a wasted opportunity! So, our Appointment Center Specialists are key to the company's success! As an Appointment Center Specialist you will:

Schedule Sales Appointments
  • Provide a remarkable customer experience in promptly scheduling sales appointments from our phone line, our website, and other sources. We'll teach you our customer messaging so you can be confident about your role in no time. And we provide ongoing training so you can improve your skills over time and grow professionally.
Support Customers
  • Speak with customers over the phone, email, text or online chat, not only scheduling appointments, but resolving their questions and concerns and helping them know they called the right place for their garage renovation!
Obtain Net Promoter Score
  • We are very serious about creating customers who are thrilled with our work. To that end, we check up on every project that has been done by our franchisees. You will initiate an NPS survey call for customers after the completion of their installation and get to provide that feedback to our franchisees so they can be recognized for their hard work, as well as learn and grow from constructive feedback.
Education and Experience
  • High school or equivalent required.
  • Two years call center experience is preferred.
  • Two years customer service experience is preferred.
  • Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve as needed.
